All Products (not Services) pay 1/3rd (33% technically) to the selling party (/parties).

Commissions may be split among multiple parties if it helps, may be split between “openers” and “closers”, allowing you to build a “company within a company”, pay your own referral sources if you like or build a team – whatever it takes to grow your career with us.

Leads provided from us are free, however, they’ll generally just be tools – you’ve been hired because you’re a go-getter, and if you rely strictly on only the leads we provide, you won’t hit your goals.

A note on Engineering Consultation: You Set Your Own Rate and keep 50%

This means if you sell an iSignature Setup Consultation Package for $300 for example, and you set up their documents, you’ll keep $100 for making the sale, $150 for fulfilling the contract / setting up their documents, and $50 goes to the house for tech support / profit / technology / etc.

This will most often be used for (We’ll train you on all these tasks). These tasks involve a fair amount of client feedback, and are done either via on-site in person visit, or scheduled phone appointment.

4. CRM Labels & Fields Mapping / CRM Setup
5. Advanced Website & Automation Enhancements i.e. a client has a specific agenda, we know the technology exists or will be built (discussed in advance), and it’s about implementation.
6. In-Person CRM Training beyond the video tutorials and webinars.

This applies to more complex integration, iSignature documents setup, etc. -

If a client wants on-site training or advanced setup, you’ll need to sell a package of hours. You keep 33% (for making the sale) and 50% for fullfilling. Prior to promising fulfillment outside your geographic area, you’ll need to verify with the local professional first (check their profile, and if it’s a big city and we don’t have someone, just let us know and that’ll be a good opportunity to hire someone and we’ll train them). Please indicate your minimum per hour on your profile you’ll accept for content writing, phone appointments, on-site appointments within a reasonable radius. Our target rate for all work is $100 / €100 / £100 per hour, but we need to know if you have any flexibility in negotiating, or a higher rate that needs to be “sold around”; note posting a higher rate will result in the system sort of self-adjusting to other engineers – i.e. if you post your minimum rate at £75/hr (~ $125/hr US) and others have $20/hr AU (~ $18/hr US), that australian sales engineer will likely be in greater demand.

So, with that said, we recommend (but don’t require) something a bit less than $50 / €50 / £50, with the agreement that all sales rep’s use $100 / €100 / £100 as the guideline for all consulting work. Listing your hourly as less will get you more work.

This means within a few months you’ll earn a car payment on autopilot, and within a year you could earn a few thousand dollars a month on CRM, hosting, iSignature, etc. – great for smoothing out any cash flow bumps when you want to take a vacation. While a client paying $59/mo for a website, CRM, and iSignature and earning you about $20 a month may not sound like much – watch the numbers grow just by you doing your job:

Month 1 based on just 5 products a week (if you sell that low your 2nd month, it’s not working – you should easily surpass this)… average sale $30/mo (some will be hundreds a month, some will be only $20/mo, so this is a conservative average)… this looks like $10/mo x 5 sales ($50 per week) x 4.5 weeks per month ($200/mo recurring-revenue) (based on 1 sale per day x 20 work-days per month)…

Which means

• $200/mo passive residual income the first month
• $400/mo passive income 2nd month
• $600/mo passive income 3rd month… that’s a very nice car payment!
• $800/mo passive income 4th month…

Keep that up for a year and you’ll be at about $2400 passive income per month at the end of your 1st year. May not be enough to live on (in many areas), but sure smooths some cash flow bumps. Do that for 3 years and you’ll be at $7200 a month, on top of your up-front sales i.e. websites, etc. – easily topping $10,000 a month income.
