We are looking for “people people” – sales executives and small business consultants. Whether you’re a “hunter” or a “farmer”, technically skilled or more relationships driven, we need help reaching small to medium sized businesses of all types.
We have several product lines, all closely inter-related, which means you have a lead-in product for every business owner or results-driven sales professional that you meet. We’ll provide you leads and innovative tools to “open” the sale, unbeatable door openers like free videos, reports, and webinars – but it’ll be up to you to do the work. Our products include:
- iSignature electronic signature system to help any business go paperless
- SwiftWebDesigner internet marketing systems to build and revamp websites, turn un-performing locked-down websites into magnetic leads factories, landing pages, and search engine optimization services
- SwiftCRM & SwiftBooks business software, leads distribution
- Sales Introductions / Actively-Generated exclusive live-transfer leads and field-sales systems
- …with more software in the pipeline, targeted for the small to medium size business owner.
What we look for and can’t be trained:
- Integrity. Background checks are required, references checked. If you lied on your resume, don’t apply with us, it’s simply not a match. We are strictly win-win or no deal.
- Intelligence. We’re less concerned about degrees or experience, but written and spoke communication skills are a must.
- Organization. Tracking three deals doesn’t require much organization, but tracking 30 deals does. For you to hit $20,000 a month, you will need to be well organized and effective with your time and systems.
- Motivation. We’re not going to micromanage you; we’ll provide the training and tools for success with coaching and accountability. Just to be 100% crystal clear, this is a commission-only sales position. We’ll give you leads, proven systems, free gifts, videos, postcards, and more to approach target businesses, but you need to sell. Sometimes that might be as easy as inviting a business owner to an online webinar, calling to offer a free SEO review, marketing online – but you need to be fine with cold calling, talking to incoming callers, and/or stopping by businesses in person. Some of the people who need our help the most are exactly the people not already online, or so busy because they’re launching a new business that they won’t come looking for you – you’ll need to farm or hunt for them.
The Requirements:
- DSL or Cable. You need to have access to reliable broadband internet.
- Moderate computer skills. You don’t need to be a programmer, but need to be fully adept at browsing in tabs, searching the web, and should be generally connected – using facebook, linkedin, and youtube will help. We are a paperless company; all sales are handled 100% online.
- Internet on your phone is helpful – not required, but as soon as you get a few paychecks, we’d like you to have an iPhone4 and/or iPad or Android/Blackberry. We are already in development on iPhone / Droid / Blackberry apps.
- If you speak enough english to read this job posting, you’ll be fine – some english skills are required for training and on-going communication.
- Full time or part time. Full time is preferred, but Part time positions may be available for anyone who already is doing business with small to mid-sized business owners, such as advertising sales reps, accounting & tax professionals, consultants, etc. – anyone speaking with business owners all day.
