We need one great appointment setter!
Previous outbound calling experience required, and we really prefer someone with B2B experience.
Flexible hours, $12/hr for experienced phone professionals + per-closing bonus structure to provide an extra reward for quality referrals ($14-$15 is expected, if you’re great you’ll do better). Opportunities for advancement includes either a management track or an operations track.
Required:
- 1+ years outgoing phone experience. 2+ is even better, and B2B much preferred.
- Must have phone. We’ll provide a phone dialer system so you’ll use our long distance, but you need a dependable landline ideally with a headset. We’ll provide a hands-free headset after a few successful days if you don’t have one.
- A professional-sounding environment. Work at home moms are fine, but if there are children crying we’d need you to attend to them. In short, we need a professional sound.
- DSL or cable based full time internet to work with our web-based CRM and fulfillment systems.
We’re expecting 2-4 appointments per hour, lists provided, and a callfire dialer with CRM, so you can quickly and effectively have some fun reaching busy entrepreneurs and business owners who want more business, want to go paperless, need to revamp their website(s) or increase their search engine rankings.
Since how you sound is a big part of success for this position, we need people with native-sounding language and spoken communication skills. You’ll have total control over your schedule, training will be provided via web-based videos, and we want to create a fun atmosphere for success.
